Upon your arrival one of our estimators will perform a visual inspection in order to give you a preliminary appraisal of damages. At this time we will determine the approximate time it will take to complete the repairs along with an estimated dollar amount. Once you or your insurance company approves these figures we can begin the process. Once the body and or structural damage has been repaired we prep your car for the painting process. The Eco Friendly paints we use are of the highest industry standards. These paints can be complex to work with so we employ only the most qualified staff to perform this process. We use computer technology in order to match the paint to your factory color. We use a heated indoor spray booth which eliminates contaminates and provides for quicker dry times. After a complete inspection, our quality control professional will determine that we've made all of the necessary repairs and all client requests have been addressed. At delivery you will be greeted with a clean car and lifetime guaranty related to the repairs made by Melrose Auto Body.
